Sandy Mountain Golf Registration Procedures
We have a par-3 golf course at the back of the campsite, which is open to both campers and for public use. Only registered golfers are allowed on the course. No dog walking or nature walks are permitted.
When campsite gates are closed:
Golfers must register and pay at the office. We accept cash, debit, credit, e-transfer (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please be prepared to pay by cash or e-transfer, as the gates are often open, depending on time of year.
When campsite gates are open:
You may proceed to the golf course in the back left corner of the campsite (turn left after the pool or at the end of the main road and you will see it). No tee-times are available, we are a first come, first serve course.
When you arrive at the course, you must sign in on the sheet in the registration box on the building to the left of the course entrance
Only e-transfer and cash payments will be accepted. Please see our rates page for applicable green fee amounts:
Payments can be made by e-transfer to email@example.com. Please have proof of payment with you in case you are asked to provide it at the course, such as a screen shot or email of the confirmed transfer. If your bank does not accept auto-deposit, please send a separate email or call 613-989-2058 with the password.
Cash payments can be put in the honour box slot in the registration box. Payments should be in an envelope with your name and licence plate or lot number indicated on the outside. Envelopes are available at the course.
The course is monitored. Payment must be made before you play. Anyone on the course without paying, will not be allowed to return to the property (including the campsite).
