Reservations:

To request a campsite, you can complete our online reservation form or call 613-989-2058.  For online reservations, we will contact you within 48 hours by e-mail or phone to confirm whether we have a site available and obtain a credit card number to hold your site.  To book without a credit card, you may pre-pay by e-transfer at the time of booking.  Specific sites may be requested, but are not guaranteed due to the limited number of sites available.

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be made 7 days in advance for long weekends and 24 hours in advance for any other dates.  Failure to provide notice will result in future reservation requests being denied and payment for your booking charged to the credit card on file.

Wood:

You can order wood in advance, using our online wood delivery request or by phone.  Wood must be ordered no later than Friday morning for weekend use.  If not ordered in advance, wood can also be purchased by the bag during office hours.

Rules:

All campers are expected to read and follow camp rules. Failure to abide by camp rules, may result in eviction without refund.

Camping Registration:

Campers may register in person or complete our online camping registration.

Payment:

Payments accepted are cash, e-transfer, debit, and credit cards.  E-transfers can be sent in advance to sandymountain@hotmail.com.  If your bank does not allow auto-deposit, please contact us with the password chosen.  Cash, debit, and, credit card payments are accepted upon arrival.

If you have any issues on arrival or during your stay, you may contact us between the hours of 9 am and 8 pm at 613-989-2058.  Please do not approach our outdoor staff for any reason.  Thank you, please enjoy your stay!
