Sandy Mountain is a 46 acre private community providing seasonal camping lots, a mobile home park, and two apartment buildings.

Located south of Ottawa on County Road 43, 4km. east of Hwy 416.

Our facilities are available exclusively to our campers, residents, and their registered guests. They include a nature trail, swimming and wading pool, playground, pickleball, basketball, volleyball, horseshoe pits, and other community organized events.

Please contact us to inquire about season site availability or limited monthly site availability.  We do not offer stays of less than 1 month.

Sandy Mountain has been owned and operated by the Durant family since 1972.
